Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and technology sector, is seeking a Sales Data Governance Analyst to join their team. As a Sales Data Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting sales operations and data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sales Data Governance Analyst Location: Ashburn, VA, MD, Dallas, NJ, or remote for highly qualified candidates What's the Job? โ€ข Lead and project-manage the strategic migration of sales data and workflows from Salesforce (SFDC) to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption. โ€ข Collaborate with sales leaders and IT teams to advocate for system changes, communicate new policies, and promote user adoption during the CRM transition. โ€ข Review, research, and establish Sales Account and NASP requests using internal and external data sources. โ€ข Perform rigorous CLE reviews, update records, and execute duplicate cleanups to maintain data accuracy and uniqueness. โ€ข Conduct external data research using third-party datasets like Dun & Bradstreet and ZoomInfo to verify legal legitimacy and firmographic details. What's Needed? โ€ข At least 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Sales Support, CRM administration, or related fields. โ€ข Proven experience working directly with sales and sales support organizations. โ€ข Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics, with experience leading platform migrations. โ€ข Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders and IT teams. โ€ข Deep understanding of corporate structures, legal entities, and hierarchy management.
