Role description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly in building and customizing Agentforce functionalities for contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions with a focus on Agentforce (Omni-Channel, Agent Workspace, etc.)
β’ Design and implement Lightning Components (Aura / LWC) to enhance the Agentforce experience.
β’ Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems (CTI), chat, and other channels using APIs and AppExchange packages.
β’ Build and maintain Omni-Channel routing, presence configurations, and work rules.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
β’ Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments in Agile/Scrum environments.
β’ Maintain documentation for all customizations and configurations.
β’ Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance limits, and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
β’ Strong experience with Service Cloud and Agentforce (Lightning Service Console, Omni-Channel, Agent Workspace).
β’ Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SOQL.
β’ Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, presence configurations, and routing rules.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce CTI integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9).
β’ Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
β’ Salesforce Developer or Service Cloud certification(s) is a plus.
β’ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
β’ Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
β’ Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools
β’ Experience with Einstein Bots or other Salesforce AI tools in Service Cloud
β’ Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX CLI
