Role description
Logistics β€’ 4 days a week on-site in Chicago or Milwaukee, 1 day a week remote β€’ Contract duration: 6 month minimum + possible extensions β€’ Interviews: 2 rounds, one virtual and one on-site REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field β€˜ - 5+ years of prior Product Management or Business Analyst experience - 7+ years of Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of process engineering and re-engineering, as well as process optimization. - Solid experience with CPQ (configure, price, quote) - Familiarity with DevOps platforms, including documentation of epics/user stories/features, as well as requirements traceability (RTM) in an agile methodology. - Proven track record of successfully capturing, documenting, and communicating requirements for digital experience platforms, including experience with the following domains and concepts: - Digital Sales Enablement and CPQ - Salesforce admin – User Roles and Access - Salesforce Agent force -Identity and Access Management - Sales processes and deal closing - Customer insights NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Salesforce Certifications JOB DESCRIPTION Our client has an immediate need for a Sr Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce commercial sales capabilities. This role will support, manage, and optimize the company's commercial sales enablement capabilities. As such, you will use your industry insights and experience to simplify sales processes, reduce deal closure cycles and help commercial teams hit sales targets through digital technology. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and process changes, relaying requirements to downstream technical teams for build and deploy functions, and coordinating user acceptance testing and training. To succeed in this role you should have strong communications skills, an analytical way of thinking and be able to quickly learn, absorb, and explain complex business concepts as well as IT enablement concepts. This role will be expected be conversant in the following areas: β€’ CRM and Customer Lifecycle Management ( Customer 360) β€’ Salesforce administration β€’ Digital Sales Enablement β€’ Salesforce CPQ β€’ Account Management - Salesforce β€’ Opportunity Management and Lead Conversion - Salesforce β€’ Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards β€’ Customer Experience & Insights Compensation: $44/hr to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
