Roles & Responsibilities
β’ Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements related to CRM functionality, integrations, and reporting needs.
β’ Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Salesforce.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define and prioritize features.
β’ Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
β’ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
β’ Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.
β’ Maintain data integrity, governance, and security within the CRM system.
β’ Monitor CRM usage and performance, identifying trends and proposing optimizations.
β’ Stay updated on Salesforce platform changes, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required. Additional job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
β’ 5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud.
β’ Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and user story creation.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud is highly preferred.
β’ Experience with TargetX is highly preferred.
β’ Salesforce Business Analyst certification is highly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Texas Administrative Code (TAC 202).
