We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and a minimum of 1 year working with Litify. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customisation, and integration of Salesforce solutions tailored to enterprise and legal industry needs. This is a critical leadership role requiring in-depth technical knowledge, effective stakeholder communication, and team mentorship capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture • Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical implementations, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions. • Design robust and secure Salesforce architectures, including Litify-based customisations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Enforce coding standards, security practices, and release protocols. 1. Salesforce Development & Integration • Develop and optimise Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and SOQL queries. • Implement and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. • Conduct thorough code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins). • Ensure test-driven development (TDD) with high test coverage. 1. Litify Customisations (LegalTech) • Customise Litify components including workflows, layouts, and automations. • Configure Litify Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) to meet operational requirements. • Maintain compliance with legal industry standards in system design and functionality. • Troubleshoot and research solutions independently within the Litify ecosystem. 1. Team Collaboration & Project Execution • Mentor and support junior Salesforce developers. • Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure project success. • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. • Support a collaborative and innovative team environment. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Minimum 1 year of experience with Litify. • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Aura Components. • Strong background in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, and Git. • Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules. • Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology and tools. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect). • Litify Certification (preferred). • Legal industry experience is a strong plus. • Experience with managed package development under the Salesforce ISV Partner Program.
