Role Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce DevOps. • Proven experience leading Copado implementation across large enterprise Salesforce environments. • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), branching strategies, and deployment automation within Salesforce. • Strong collaboration skills – able to work cross-functionally with dev, admin, QA, and release teams. • Salesforce certifications and Copado certifications preferred.
