Position: Salesforce E&U Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce E&U Architect with expert-level knowledge in Energy & Utilities Cloud and Omnistudio, including EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce modules. You will lead architectural design and ensure industry-specific solutions incorporate these critical modules, delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions within Energy & Utilities Cloud and/or Communications Cloud, leveraging Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce for industry-specific needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed architecture, ensuring the integration of these modules.
• Develop detailed solution designs, including data models, Omnistudio configurations, process automation, and integrations considering EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce solutions and modules, leveraging their capabilities to meet industry demands.
• Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce implementations.
• Guide and review development teams' efforts, ensuring architectural consistency and best-practice adherence, especially in module integration.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Omnistudio features for continuous architecture improvements.
• Lead technical workshops, feasibility assessments, and proof-of-concepts.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry standards.
Technical Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Omnistudio, and modules like EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, and Digital Commerce.
• E&U implementation experience is a must.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Omnistudio, and integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and compliance specific to the industry.
• Experience architecting solutions with complex data migration, process automation, and module integrations.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (SCTA) or equivalent
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Architect certifications
• E&U / Communications Cloud Accredited Professional
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (beneficial but not mandatory)
