Position: Salesforce Lightning Developer Location: Dallas, TX 75240 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Payrate:$ 76.00 - 76.00/hr. Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sr. Salesforce Developer/Admin proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices. • In this role, you will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. • As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence. • You will also maintain existing features/ products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally. • You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets. • Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be a key contributor to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. • While the Force.com platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed. Surrounding Team and Key Projects: • Hiring contingent worker to implement a Salescloud solutions. • Will be providing integration support and implementing changes to system designs. • Need to be able to be a lead / leader on projects – Review design & changes and handle implementation needs with minimal direction. Typical Day in the Role: Daily Schedule / OT Expectations: • M-F 40 HRS / No OT Expected Interaction with Team: • Will collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. • Will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators. • You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders. Typical Task Breakdown: The scope of the implementation includes: • Automate the research proposal submission and review process • Conduct proposal reviews by reviewer and chair team • Streamline grant management and tracking • Provide real-time reporting and analytics on research activities • Integrate with existing ARI systems for seamless data flow. Candidate Requirements: Desired Leadership Principles: • Deliver Results • Deep Dive • Learn and Be Curious • Ownership Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required: • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs. • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes. • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have’s: • Building applications using Apex and Lightning. • Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system. • Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization. • Support cross systems and related integration's across native Salesforce ecosystem. • Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's. • Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles. • Experience with continuous integrations, automations, and deployment of processes. Top 3 must-have hard skills • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs. • Previous Experience using AWS Systems • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
