Salesforce Marketing Cloud Reporting Analyst β Email marketing, SQL, Salesforce cloud
Position Type:
Contract
Hybrid β M-T-W in the Orlando office, Th & F work from home
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in quantitative or computer science field.
β’ Google Analytics background, SQL background, Email Analytics background (SalesForce Marketing Cloud).
β’ Working collaboratively with others to leverage a modern data stack to turn large datasets into actionable insights.
Knowledge and Skills:
β’ Good communication and presentation skills.
β’ Experience in creating/using data visualizations to tell a narrative.
Familiarity with:
β’ Extracting data from data warehouses (preferred).
β’ Modeling techniques (preferred).
β’ Media/ad effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred).
β’ Web analytics measurement (preferred).
β’ Email effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred).
Technical Skills:
β’ Basic knowledge of SQL.
β’ R or Python experience is a bonus.
β’ Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
β’ Experience working with web and marketing technologies including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SFMC, etc. (preferred).
β’ Experience with data visualization platforms - Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc. (preferred).
β’ Experience with data warehouses β Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. (preferred).
Job Experience:
β’ Experience in a quantitative data driven field or equivalent coursework/academic projects.
β’ Hands on experience mining large datasetsβ―in the context of marketing and/or web engagement.
β’ Experience putting together and presenting data-focused decks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Play a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across marketing and web product teams.
β’ Partner with team members and stakeholders to develop reporting, answer key questions regarding web products/marketing initiatives and provide recommendations/optimizations to continually enhance business performance.
β’ Support digital marketing partners by hypothesizing, implementing, and measuring media testing initiatives.
β’ Assist in dashboard development and maintenance through Power BI.
β’ Perform ad hoc analyses of both marketing and web performance using Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI, FullStory and Google Analytics.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to support digital marketing testing.
β’ Support other analysts with reoccurring reporting thatβs distributed to the broader organization.
