Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Developer in Irving, TX. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Developer with 3-4 years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and leveraging APIs, ETL processes. Hands on AMPScript, SSJS, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. Key Tasks: β€’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions aligned with complex business requirements β€’ Collaborate closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions β€’ Implement advanced marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and data-driven customer experiences β€’ Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, HTML/CSS, and leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for workflow orchestration β€’ Architect and implement robust API, ETL, and data integration processes to ensure accurate, secure, and timely data flow between SFMC and external systems β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex SFMC technical issues, including automation errors, configuration conflicts, and data synchronization problems β€’ Monitor, optimize, and maintain performance of campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows for efficiency and scalability β€’ Stay up to date with SFMC platform updates, new features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance marketing technology capabilities β€’ Document development processes, configurations, integrations, and automation workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and training Requirements β€’ 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development and configuration β€’ Experience working with JIRA or similar work tracking tools β€’ Strong knowledge of SFMC APIs, AMPScript, and SSJS, with the ability to develop custom integrations β€’ Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and best practices β€’ Proficiency in SFMC Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder β€’ Facilitate root cause analysis and proper documentation for defects/bugs β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Strong communication and teamwork skills β€’ Problem Solving conflict resolution skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document action items β€’ Ability to act independently in both surfacing and facilitating issue resolutions The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
