Role description
Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer- OmniStudio Expert Location: Chicago, IL (90% remote) Duration: 6 to 12 Months Required Skills: β€’ Design and build dynamic Admissions Application forms using OmniScripts and Lightning Web Components, aligned to institutional branding and mobile-first UX. β€’ Implement backend logic using APEX classes, APEX triggers, and Apex REST APIs as needed for validation, automation, or integration. β€’ Build and maintain Flow-based automation (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) for routing, notifications, and user-specific paths. β€’ Integrate forms with external systems (e.g., PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, SFTP, SharePoint, AWS) via DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and custom Apex services. β€’ Implement Admission Application Save-for-Late capabilities with secure session management and multi-step logic. β€’ Configure and manage Experience Cloud access, guest user profiles, and visibility rules to ensure security compliance. β€’ Collaborate with product owners and UX teams to define form logic, user journeys, and edge cases (international applicants, returning students, etc.). β€’ Write technical documentation, deployment plans, and contribute to DevOps pipelines (e.g., Copado). β€’ Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in QA/UAT cycles with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
