The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design and develop dashboards, datasets, and dataflows using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM) • Build and maintain data pipelines, recipes, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Optimize performance of dashboards and datasets for better usability • Develop advanced calculations using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security within analytics environments • Support deployment and maintenance of CRMA solutions 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM • Strong experience with SAQL, Dataflows, Recipes, and Dashboard Design • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts • Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and data visualization best practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 🔹 Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Platform) • Experience with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning components • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is a plus
