Role description
Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
Location: Remote
Need EST zone candidate if not then CST.
Must Have: Previous solid Public Sector Solutions features and customizations, public client experience and great if they have any department of health experience.
The candidate also needs experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a Service cloud Certification .
1)If the candidate has done Service Cloud implementation at Govt - State/Federal agencies - that would be perfect
2)A good Service Cloud person with say 8-10+ years of US experience will help as compared to Salesforce PSS implementation (Public Sector Solutions) experience
Technical Skills
• Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder
• Web Technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
• Tools: VS Code, Git, Salesforce DX
• Testing: Apex unit testing, test classes
• Database: Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
