Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage an ABAP development team of 10-15 members. • Develop, enhance, and maintain the MAGIC SAP system. • Provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and various third-party systems. • Collaborate with State resources to ensure smooth system operations and enhancements. • Conduct training and mentoring of public sector employees at varying levels. • Analyze and resolve root cause issues related to SAP systems and integrations. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 8 years as an SAP lead developer with experience managing a development team of 10-15 resources. • At least 8 years of ABAP design and development experience, including strong proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented programming. • Functional knowledge in at least three of the following domains: • Finance • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Logistics • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) • SUS/ROS • Master Data Management (MDM) • Human Capital Management (HCM) • SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP operational systems in a Public Sector environment. • At least 2 years of experience training and mentoring public sector employees at entry level and above. Preferred (Not Required) Skills • Experience with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development. • Minimum 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration. • At least 2 years of experience with SAP Process Integration. • Experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling (2 years preferred). • Experience in migration projects involving third-party vendor systems (2 years preferred). • Proven ability to analyze and resolve root causes of SAP system incidents
