ABAP Developer β SAP ECC Environment
Role Overview: As an ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications within the SAP ECC landscape. This role requires strong expertise in ABAP programming and a deep understanding of key SAP modules including HR, FI, and MM. Youβll work on both new development and optimization of existing code, with a focus on performance, scalability, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
β’ Work with ABAP technologies including module pool programming, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.
β’ Optimize and debug ABAP code for performance and reliability.
β’ Adapt custom code to support regular SAP support pack updates.
β’ Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
β’ Document technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
β’ Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.
β’ Participate in agile development teams and sprint planning.
