Role Summary We are seeking an SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning (SAC-P) Consultant with approximately 5 years of experience to support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics initiatives. The consultant will design and implement SAC Planning models, integrate them with SAP HANA Native, SAP BW, SAP S/4 CDS, and work closely with finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong functional understanding of planning processes combined with solid SAP technical foundations. Key ResponsibilitiesSAC Planning & Analytics Design, build, and deploy SAC Planning models (Budgeting, Forecasting, Rolling Forecast, What-If scenarios) Implement: Versions, hierarchies, time models Data actions, multi-actions, allocations Advanced formulas & script logic Design input-enabled stories and analytic dashboards Support financial planning, operational planning, and KPI-driven planning use cases Integration & Data Modeling Integrate SAC with: SAP S/4 SAP HANA Native models (Calculation Views, CDS) SAP BW / BW on HANA Design planning-ready data models (numerator/denominator logic, cumulative vs non-cumulative KPIs) Ensure data consistency between actuals, plans, and forecasts Architecture & Best Practices Contribute to analytics & planning architecture design Support hybrid landscapes: BW / HANA / SAC coexistence Transition from BEx / BO to SAC Apply performance optimization and planning best practices Participate in governance, transport, and release management Client & Project Delivery Gather business requirements and translate them into SAC solutions Work in Agile or hybrid delivery models Support UAT, training, and go-live Provide post-go-live support and enhancements Collaborate with Bilink architects and client stakeholders Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have ~5 years of SAP Analytics experience Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning Strong knowledge of: Planning concepts (Budget, Forecast, Allocations, Versions) SAC Data Actions & Advanced Formulas Solid SAP foundation in: SAP HANA Native (Calculation Views, basic SQL) SAP BW / BW on HANA Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (WebI / Universes – at least exposure) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills (client-facing role) Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Nice-to-Have Experience with SAP Datasphere Financial planning or controlling background (FP&A, COPA, Costing) Basic knowledge of: CDS Views Authorization concepts SAP certifications (SAC, BW, HANA) Profile We Are Looking For Hands-on consultant (not just functional or just technical) Comfortable working across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Curious, structured, and quality-driven Able to challenge requirements and propose better solutions Interested in growing toward Solution Architect or Lead Consultant roles Why Join Bilink Corp.
