Job Title: SAP CRM Integration Analyst | Emarsys + S/4HANA | Azure DevOps Long-term contract Location: Remote Project Overview: We are embarking on a major SAP CRM transformation that includes the implementation of SAP Emarsys (Marketing Automation) and SAP Service Cloud v2 (Customer Contact Center). Both systems will integrate with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP to drive seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure effective integration planning. • Document business filtering rules and data flow requirements for: • Emarsys ↔ S/4HANA: Email campaign automation. • Service Cloud ↔ S/4HANA: Member/employer data synchronization. • Translate requirements into technical specs, process maps, and data flow diagrams. • Support the design of a reporting database to manage historical CRM activity data. • Validate integration outputs with business users and developers to ensure alignment. Required Skills: • Strong experience as an Integration Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst in ERP/CRM environments. • Expertise in data flow documentation, interface mapping, and integration validation. • Familiarity with: • SAP S/4HANA (preferably HCM and Finance modules), • SAP Service Cloud (v2), • SAP Emarsys. • Proficient with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel/Visio, and functional spec writing. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
