Role description
Job Description –SAP Data Migration Specialist (SuccessFactors) Employment Type: 1099 Rate : Open Duration : Temp-to-Perm Location: Northern California (Pleasanton area) β€” 2 days/week on-site 30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion & Expenses Reimbursed). Engagement : This will be a gig style project. For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months. Urgency: High Priority / Immediate Requirement We are urgently looking for a Data Migration Specialist with strong experience in migrating HR/Talent data into SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end migration of key SuccessFactors modules and ensuring smooth data transition from legacy systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute data migration activities for SuccessFactors Talent modules. Migrate the following modules: ONB (Onboarding) RCM (Recruiting Management) EC (Employee Central) Extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR data from legacy systems into SF. Validate data quality, perform reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies. Work closely with functional teams to ensure mapping accuracy and completeness. Support cutover planning, testing, and go-live activities. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors data migration. Hands-on experience migrating ONB, RCM, and EC modules is a must. Experience migrating from PeopleSoft (preferred), or any major 3rd-party HR system. Good understanding of HR processes and data structures. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage urgent project needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with migration tools, templates, and integration approaches for SF. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
