Duties Maintain and ensure the quality of data across various platforms and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance policies and standards. Utilize tools such as Talend and Tableau for data integration, visualization, and reporting. Conduct regular audits of data sources to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Lead initiatives for data collection, management, and analytics to support business objectives. Design and optimize database structures to enhance performance and usability. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for data management. Manage projects related to data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of results. Experience Proven experience in data management or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with database design principles and linked data concepts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience in project management, demonstrating leadership capabilities within teams. Knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
