SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Contractor – SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Contract Visa Status : US& GC only Eisner Advisory Group LLC is seeking an Onsite Expert Contractor – SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and data platform initiatives. This role is responsible for hands-on design, development, optimization, and support of SAP Datasphere and SAC solutions that enable business intelligence, analytics, and decision-making. Reporting to Technology leadership, the contractor will work onsite and closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT partners to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant analytics solutions. This role requires the contractor to work at an EisnerAmper office for a minimum of three (3) days per week Key Responsibilities: SAP Datasphere – Data Modeling, Integration & Replication • Design, develop, and maintain data models, views, and spaces in SAP Datasphere • Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other SAP/non-SAP sources • Leverage CDS views for semantic modeling and analytics consumption • Design and Manage Replication Flows and data acquisition strategies • Implement data transformations, calculations, and performance optimization • Configure and manage data access controls, roles, and authorizations • Support data lineage, governance, and enterprise analytics best practices SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – Dashboards, Analytics & Scripting • Design and develop SAC dashboards, stories, and analytical applications • Build and maintain live connections to SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA Cloud • Develop SAC scripting (JavaScript-based scripting) to enable advanced interactivity, custom logic, and user-driven behavior in dashboards • Implement planning, predictive, and advanced analytics features as required • Optimize report performance, usability, and visual storytelling • Ensure proper implementation of row-level security (RLS) and data access rules • Support user testing, adoption, and documentation SAP S/4HANA Cloud Integration & Data Orchestration • Design, implement, and support end-to-end integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • Develop and manage Replication Flows in SAP Datasphere to ingest transactional and master data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and refresh reliability • Configure and optimize Data Flows within SAP Datasphere for data preparation, enrichment, and harmonization across multiple source systems • Leverage SAP S/4HANA Cloud CDS views and analytical queries as primary data sources for replication and live analytics • Design and implement Datasphere transformations, including calculated columns, joins, unions, filters, and business logic to support enterprise reporting and analytics use cases • Optimize incremental data loads, delta handling, and refresh strategies to meet performance and business SLA requirements • Ensure secure and governed data access controls throughout the data pipeline, from S/4HANA Cloud source objects to Datasphere models and SAC consumption • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align S/4HANA business processes with analytical models and reporting requirements Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery • Work onsite with business users to gather, analyze, and refine requirements • Translate business needs into technical designs and analytics solutions • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization • Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams Qualifications & Experience • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platforms • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere, including replication flows and security • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including dashboard scripting • Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA Cloud using CDS views and live connections • Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytical modeling, and SQL • Experience implementing data access controls and security models • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively onsite with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications • SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Analytics Cloud certification(s) • Experience supporting financial, operational, or professional services analytics • Exposure to SAC planning and predictive analytics • Prior experience in onsite consulting or contractor engagements
