SAP FICO Business Analyst ‑ S/4HANA Public Cloud Location: Warren, MI flexible hybrid - long term contract or contract to hire. Partner with a regional retailer undergoing migration from legacy ECC to S/4HANA Public Cloud. As a SAP FICO Business Analyst, you’ll connect processes to technology, drive clarity across teams, and help lead a smooth implementation. Your Background • Over 5 years of SAP experience across FICO, SD, and WM (MM or PP desirable) • At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one with S/4HANA; Public Cloud experience preferred • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience (ABAP not required) • Skilled at communicating complex technical topics in clear business terms • Experience supporting legacy-to-cloud migration, including data strategy, governance, and change management • Comfortable collaborating with global implementation teams What You’ll Accomplish • Lead functional design sessions in FICO, SD, and WM • Translate business requirements into process and configuration documentation • Oversee data migration from ECC to cloud systems • Coordinate deliverables with the global SI partner • Develop end-user readiness activities—training, documentation, and communication • Support implementation phases from Prepare through Deploy Next Steps If you’re a Michigan-based SAP FICO Business Analyst with S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results, we’d like to hear from you.
