SAP STP/MM

Position: SAP STP/MM Duration:18 months + Location: Dallas TX We are seeking a senior-level SAP STP/MM Business Analyst, combining deep functional expertise with strong technical acumen. This individual will lead end-to-end solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across procurement and materials management processes. Location preference is Dallas but will consider Houston and kindly send the below details when responding. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders across Source-to-Pay (STP) and MM processes Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications Design, configure, and optimize SAP MM/STP solutions aligned with best practices Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (ABAP, integrations, data) Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, testing, and deployment Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions Oversee integration points with other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM, etc.) Support data migration, system enhancements, and interface development Provide expert-level troubleshooting and production support Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM/STP Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in SAP environments Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and functional design Strong knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware) Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrations Ability to create detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, TSDs) Key Skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and project management capabilities Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to translate business language into technical solutions Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience working in cross-functional and global teams Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies SAP certification in MM or S/4HANA
