An electric utility client is looking for a SAS Data Analyst that will perform analysis and develop insights that drive operational decisions. Location: Irwindale, CA 91706 (Hybrid) Position: SAS Data Analyst Pay Rate: $35.62/hr. on W2 Duration: 12 months or longer Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. • • • HYBRID, 2 days a week onsite every Wednesday and Thursday, but office days may change upon notice • • • RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform analysis and develop insights that drive operational decisions • Ability to synthesize large volume of data • Support data management • Support presentation development using PowerPoint REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree required. • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Proficient in building codes/queries and reports in SAS • Proficient in Access or similar MS Office application • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • 3-5 years of relevant experience demonstrating strong analytical skills DESIRED SKILLS: • Proficient in Python query language • Proficient in SAP About our client: Our client is one of the largest electric utilities and a longtime leader in renewable energy and energy efficiency in the United States providing electricity for much of Southern California.
