Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews) Job Description:Primary Responsibilities: Collect time study data from batch making and filling operations Analyze process and fill time data using Excel Record and maintain accurate data collection records Generate reports and analysis of operational timing data Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams software Ability to stand for extended periods in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment Commitment to mandatory PPE compliance and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently in industrial setting Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience Industrial engineering background or experience Knowledge of time study methodologies Familiarity with production operations Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift possible If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
