β’ 20% β Optimize analytical methods and capabilities for novel oligonucleotide synthesis.
β’ 10% β Tailor methods for specific projects (e.g., GalNAc, Cholesterol, C16 conjugates) using denaturing/non-denaturing HPLC and LC-MS.
β’ 20% β Establish and automate high-throughput analytical capabilities in alignment with synthesis scale-up.
β’ 5% β Analyze oligonucleotides using HPLC-SEC, RP-IP, and Ion-Exchange Chromatography.
β’ 3% β Perform QC of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for mRNA.
β’ 5% β Manage lab supply inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
β’ 2% β Present data and reports in individual, group, and department meetings.
β’ Collaborate with biology teams to support assay development and confirm analyte integrity (e.g., concentration checks).
β’ Apply advanced analytical techniques and novel column matrices for optimal siRNA characterization.
Qualifications
β’ Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
β’ 1β3 years of relevant industry experience in analytical chemistry and oligonucleotide analysis.
