Job Title: D365 Customer Success Engineer | D365 Senior Consultant & Customer Success Architect Location: US Remote Work Arrangement: Remote Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ months (Standard initial term, extendable based on performance) Pay Range: $40.46/hr. to $43.08/hr. on W2 | $50.00/hr. to $56.00/hr. on C2C Domain: Professional Services | IT Consulting & Enterprise CRM Modernization Application Deadline: July 10, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): ✔️Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) ✔️Deep foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Admin Center ✔️Model-Driven App administration, customization, and integration experience ✔️Proven ability to assess and design Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) aligned with operational SLAs and business risk tolerances ✔️Background in technical consulting, environment health assessments, and business continuity planning ✔️Certifications or equivalent experience: PL-7003 (Power Platform Model App), MB-910 (D365 Fundamentals CRM), and either MB-280 (D365 Customer Experience Analyst) or MB-240 (D365 Field Service Functional Consultant) Secondary (Good to Have): ✔️Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform apps and solutions ✔️Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II within operational resilience contexts ✔️Prior experience supporting regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) with stringent uptime, data protection, or continuity mandates ✔️PL-200 Certification (Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate) POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an elite D365 Customer Success Engineer / Senior Consultant to support enterprise customers through focused technical engagements aimed at optimizing the health, performance, and success of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. Operating in a 100% remote capacity, the incumbent will blend deep technical expertise with executive-level consulting acumen to proactively assess environments, guide solution architecture, and mitigate platform risks. This role is pivotal in driving long-term maintainability, platform governance, and enterprise CRM modernization for complex, large-scale implementations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️Assess and Evaluate: Execute end-to-end technical assessments of customer Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations, examining architecture, configuration, data models, security models (Business Units, security roles, permissions), and environment setups. ✔️Risk Mitigation & Diagnostics: Identify critical risks, blockers, misconfigurations, and performance bottlenecks across D365 infrastructure, integrations, and customizations (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#). ✔️Incident Response & Resilience: Evaluate, design, and enhance Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs), environment administration practices, and business continuity frameworks to align with enterprise SLAs. ✔️Best Practice Guidance: Recommend actionable improvements and remediation pathways aligned with Microsoft best practices, focusing on platform governance, ALM processes, and solution health validation. ✔️Technical Documentation & Delivery: Deliver sophisticated, customer-facing technical documentation and executive summaries that map out assessment findings, environment configuration reviews, and strategic roadmaps for long-term platform success.
