Role description
Job Title: Senior Advisory Consultant – Executive Dashboard / KPI Strategy Duration: 4–6 weeks (Phase 1, with potential extension) Estimated Hours: 60–80 Start Date: December 2025 Location: Remote Advisor – Executive Dashboard Initiative SNtial Technologies is seeking a senior advisory consultant to support Phase 1 of its Executive Dashboard Development Initiative. This phase focuses on defining institutional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establishing the foundational framework for a unified executive dashboard that will enhance data-driven decision-making, organizational transparency, and strategic alignment. The advisor will work closely with SNtial’s technical leads and client stakeholders to mentor internal teams, guide discovery activities, and introduce best practices in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The role is intentionally advisory—centered on capability-building, structure, and mentorship rather than hands-on execution—to ensure long-term sustainability for future phases. Key Responsibilities • Coaching and Facilitation • Mentor client teams on KPI development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement approaches. • Model effective meeting structure, documentation methods, and communication practices. • Provide templates, tools, and constructive feedback to drive consistency across project and analysis activities. Advisory Leadership • Shape a structured Phase 1 work plan and governance model. • Ensure all outputs are actionable, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Contribute to a readiness assessment and roadmap for Phase 2 dashboard implementation. Deliverables • Coaching and facilitation plan • Updated KPI discovery templates and documentation tools • Team feedback summary with recommendations • Phase 1 executive summary including findings and readiness assessment Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or organizational transformation • Demonstrated success coaching teams on KPI strategy, analytics, or executive reporting • Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • PMP, IIBA, or Prosci certification preferred Ideal Candidate • A highly seasoned delivery and analytics advisor who excels at lifting teams. Someone who brings clarity and structure to complex initiatives, helps stakeholders align around shared priorities, and builds the internal capability needed to sustain high-quality execution well beyond the engagement.
