Strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Capability to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
Experience in creating detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implementing the deployment plan.
Proven track record of helping clients adapt to a changing global landscape.
Ability to provide value-adding consulting solutions to clients by leveraging knowledge transfer.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment.
At least 6-7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
Job responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of complex Aegis FactoryLogix solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, manufacturing processes, and IT infrastructure.
Develop comprehensive technical specifications, design documents, and integration strategies for FactoryLogix implementations.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation within the FactoryLogix ecosystem.
Oversee and execute the full lifecycle implementation of Aegis FactoryLogix modules, including NPI, Production, Quality, Analytics, and Maintenance.
Configure and customize FactoryLogix to meet specific manufacturing needs, including routings, BOMs, work instructions, quality plans, and data collection.
Integrate FactoryLogix with other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA) using various integration methods (APIs, databases, middleware).
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, junior engineers, and stakeholders.
Mentor and train internal teams on Aegis FactoryLogix best practices, new features, and troubleshooting.
Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for FactoryLogix related issues, providing advanced technical support.
Develop and implement proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies for FactoryLogix systems.
Analyze existing FactoryLogix implementations to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FactoryLogix configurations, processes, and integrations.
Establish and enforce best practices for FactoryLogix implementation, administration, and usage.
Stay abreast of the latest FactoryLogix features, updates, and industry trends.
Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support
Lead training workshops for end-users and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvements and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations and IT to ensure seamless integration of the manufacturing systems with other enterprise applications.
Explain and convince the customers about advantages of digital manufacturing solutions, bring more business and revenue to the organization.
Lead or participate in RFP preparation for clients in diverse industry segments.
Act as a POC of manufacturing team and participate in all relevant meetings\workshops with respective stakeholders.
Experience with IoT, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cloud based manufacturing solutions.
