Job Summary The Senior AI Business Analyst will play a central role in implementing the organization's emerging enterprise AI strategy to drive internal operational efficiency, accelerate adoption of AI-powered tools, and build AI literacy across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will serve as a strategic bridge between technical platforms and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI tools are implemented responsibly, effectively, and in ways that align with organizational priorities. This is a hands-on position that combines daily AI administration, strategic planning, training program development, and policy implementation. The Senior AI Business Analyst will serve as the primary business liaison for staff adopting ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms, while also developing customized training and resources to build long-term capabilities across teams. In addition, this role will contribute to governance, security, and best-practice frameworks, helping ensure AI use is safe, compliant, and sustainable. This role will also carry mentorship responsibilities, guiding junior analysts and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and helping build an internal pipeline of future AI leaders. Top 3 Technical Skills • ChatGPT Enterprise • Prompt Engineering • Workflow – Power Platform, structure business (Agentic platform knowledge – Glean AgenticAI) Top 3 Tangible Skills • Work with non-technical users in a friendly manner • Patience • Clear communication Key Responsibilities • AI Administration & Business Support. • Serve as the primary liaison for staff across all departments seeking assistance with ChatGPT. • Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms. • Oversee user onboarding, licensing, and permissions management for enterprise AI platforms. • Troubleshoot user issues, answer “how-to” questions, and provide fast-turnaround guidance on prompt creation, data preparation, workflow selection, and tool capabilities. • Maintain a centralized log of questions, use cases, and resolutions to inform future resources, • FAQs, and knowledge base content. • Collaborate with the AI Working Group to escalate and resolve complex issues or platform-level challenges. • Provide guidance on security, data privacy, and compliance considerations when using AI tools. • Customized Training & Capability Building. • Design and deliver tailored AI training sessions for departments based on their goals, workflows, and technical proficiency. • Develop engaging instructional materials such as quick reference guides, presentations, and video tutorials to support self-paced learning. • Facilitate hands-on workshops, virtual office hours, and team coaching sessions to build AI confidence and encourage experimentation. • Measure training effectiveness through surveys and adoption metrics, iterating content to meet evolving organizational needs. • Mentor and oversee junior analysts or interns assisting in content development, training delivery, and user support. Requirements • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred). • Experience: • Proven experience using ChatGPT Enterprise and other large language model platforms within a business environment. • Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and crafting optimized prompts to drive accurate, context-aware outputs. • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Glean AgenticAI, or similar agentic AI solutions. • Strong understanding of data foundations, preparation, and governance principles, including privacy and security considerations. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity, patience, and confidence. • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or related fields. • Skills • Strategic Engagement & Implementation • Partner closely with business leaders—including the CTO, Data Leader, and senior operational stakeholders—to identify high-value opportunities for AI adoption. • Conduct needs assessments and discovery sessions with non-technical business teams to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions. • Support design and implementation of automated workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and Glean AgenticAI. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of an “AI Needs Assessment Library” to capture and prioritize use cases across departments. • Assist with roadmap execution, including pilots, proof-of-concepts, and broader rollout plans for AI tools and features. • Evaluate emerging AI solutions and make recommendations on potential additions to the enterprise AI toolkit. • AI Policy, Governance, and Best Practices • Support the creation and rollout of policies, guardrails, and governance frameworks to guide safe, ethical, and compliant AI use. • Assist with risk assessments and documentation of security, privacy, and data handling protocols related to AI systems. • Maintain awareness of regulatory trends and industry standards for enterprise AI use to inform organizational practices. • Collaborate with IT and Legal teams to ensure AI solutions meet organizational standards and align with data governance policies. • Contribute to internal communications and change management strategies to drive responsible AI adoption.
