Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite 3 days per week) Position Type: Contract to hire Experience: 8-12 years Job Summary: About the Role: We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us build cutting-edge Enterprise AI solutions for next generation virtual bankers, security and support. As the AI Engineer, you will be crucial in developing and enhancing our AI capabilities. Your focus will be on implementing Atleo's new language model, including proper data identification and acquisition, training and fine tuning. You will constructing robust, scalable, integrated AI systems. You will leverage artificial intelligence to improve our Products, IT infrastructure and business processes, necessitating a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI integration. Requirements: • Strong experience with Java, Python, distributed systems design (microservices), and data assets. • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. • 5+ years of experience working with API integration, RESTful webservices. • Experience developing, deploying containerized services and cloud resources (Azure/GCP/AWS). • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java. • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Experience with small and large language models running both in the cloud and on edge such as GPT, Phi, Llama, BERT, or similar. • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, rapid prototyping, and deployment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
