About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer / Lead to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data science, advanced ML algorithms, deep learning, and AI model deployment, as well as leadership skills to mentor team members and collaborate across business units.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to address business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to define use cases and deliver solutions.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for large-scale datasets.
• Research, implement, and optimize deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI).
• Deploy AI/ML models into AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI environments.
• Ensure production readiness, scalability, and maintainability of AI/ML systems.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and introduce innovative approaches to the team.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 10+ years total IT experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution development.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects.
• End-to-end ML lifecycle knowledge — data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML Ops tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong SQL and data pipeline experience (Airflow, Spark).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
