This client supports a wide range of banking and investment products, leveraging machine learning to enhance decision-making and client experiences. Their engineering teams work on scalable, secure systems that integrate cutting-edge ML technologies. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join this client's growing team focused on building scalable, production-grade machine learning systems. You’ll design, deploy, and monitor models that power intelligent features across their platform. Responsibilities • Design and implement ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. • Build and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and SQL. • Deploy models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI. • Collaborate with MLOps engineers to manage model lifecycle with MLflow and monitor performance using Prometheus and Grafana. • Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to scale training and inference workloads. • Conduct experiments and track results using Weights & Biases or Comet.ml. • Ensure reproducibility and version control of data and models using DVC and Git. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with a strong software engineering background. • Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Java or Scala is a plus. • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. • Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or LLM fine-tuning. • Familiarity with streaming data tools like Kafka or Flink.
