NO C2C or visa sponsorship eligibility Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst: • Collaborate with business sponsors to gather, analyze, and document detailed data requirements, including key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting needs. • Conduct in-depth analysis of legacy reports to identify data sources, business logic, and metric definitions, converting them into modern specifications. • Work closely with data engineers, architects, and Power BI developers to ensure data pipelines are optimized and deliver accurate, timely dashboards. • Perform data validation and testing to ensure report outputs meet business expectations and resolve any data quality issues. • Maintain mapping documentation between legacy data structures and new enterprise data warehouse schemas. Required Skills for Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst: • Minimum of 5 years in data analysis or business analysis, with a focus on enterprise reporting. • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, with experience in data warehousing environments like Azure or Databricks. • Strong background in healthcare data, particularly clinical, financial, or operational data. • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for decision-making.
