About the Role
CCST is seeking a data-savvy Senior Analyst to transform operations into executive-ready reporting and ensure delivery quality. This role blends compliance reporting, audit support, and hands-on QA/test acceptance for Westminster Public Schools’ security modernization. You will design KPIs/OKRs, manage evidence, and collaborate with partners to deliver trusted, actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Build monthly executive dashboards and quarterly governance reports with trend analysis.
Map controls to NIST, FERPA, CIPA, HIPAA; maintain audit evidence and draft supporting policies.
Lead QA and acceptance testing: author test plans, validate coverage %, seeded detections, isolation timing, and RBAC.
Track defects to closure and ensure delivery quality is documented and verified.
Collaborate with deployment and MDR partners to collect reporting inputs and SLA metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications
5–8+ years in business analysis, reporting, or QA within security or endpoint programs.
KPI/OKR design experience; strong Power BI and Excel skills.
Hands-on test planning/UAT experience and evidence management.
Familiarity with EDR/MDR concepts and MDM (Intune, Jamf).
Excellent executive communication and reporting skills.
US Citizen or Green Card; able to pass Colorado school district background check.
Nice-to-Haves
ITIL v4 certification.
GRC-aligned certifications (e.g., CGRC, CIPP/US).
Prior K-12 or public sector delivery experience.
Exposure to seeded detections, SOC workflows, or audit readiness programs.
Tech/Processes You’ll Touch: Power BI, Excel, Intune, Jamf, EDR/MDR workflows, test planning, UAT/TAP, compliance frameworks (NIST, FERPA, CIPA, HIPAA).
