Senior Analyst, Revenue Management

💰 $44/hour
📅 Contract through September 2026 (potential extension)
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to support a major entertainment and theme park organization in Orlando, FL. This role will focus on pricing strategy, predictive modeling, and revenue optimization across multiple guest-facing products including Express Pass, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and other park offerings.
This is a great opportunity for an analytics professional who enjoys working with large datasets, developing predictive models, and presenting insights to senior leadership to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and execute revenue management and pricing models to optimize profitability across theme park products
• Analyze price elasticity and demand sensitivity to determine optimal pricing strategies
• Prepare and analyze datasets to predict market response to pricing changes
• Monitor model performance and adjust pricing recommendations to improve results
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track revenue performance and trends
• Deliver weekly and annual pricing recommendations to product leaders and senior executives
• Collaborate with data science teams to troubleshoot modeling and optimization issues
• Mentor junior team members on pricing analysis, revenue optimization strategies, and data interpretation
• Evaluate performance metrics such as historical pricing, seasonality, transaction volume, revenue, and per-capita spend
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or a related analytical field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• SQL and Python experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and executive audiences
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills
