About The Role
My client are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help shape and scale their data ecosystem. Youβll partner with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, reliable datasets that power decision-making across the organization. This role is central to building a strong data culture, enabling self-service, and ensuring data is both trusted and accessible.
What they are Looking For
β’ Strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with experience using modern data platforms and orchestration tools
β’ Proficiency in data engineering best practices, including data modeling, warehousing, governance, observability, monitoring, and performance/cost optimization.
β’ Experience working across the full data stack and integrating multiple data sources.
β’ Hands-on expertise with BI tools, ideally Looker, both from a platform engineering perspective and as a support partner for business users.
β’ Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality features, and influence the teamβs priorities and roadmap.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
β’ Experience collaborating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins) for analytics workflows is a plus.
