Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in Snowflake and enterprise data systems. Genesys Cloud experience is a critical requirement for this role, including proficiency with its APIs, SDKs, and Architect Flows. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building robust data pipelines and integrating data across diverse platforms. Required Skills: • Genesys Cloud experience is a must, including integration, API/SDK knowledge • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL Server, including data modeling, performance tuning, and handling structured/semi-structured data for extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Proven ability to integrate and analyze data from systems such as Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and external/internal APIs. Skilled in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data flows. • Familiarity with creating AI-driven insights from enterprise data. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and prompt engineering. • Proficient in developing and managing ETL pipelines using tools such as IDMC, Spring Batch, and Autosys. • Strong experience with data ingestion automation using scripting languages (Python) and orchestration tools. • Understanding of data quality, governance, and automation practices. • Expertise in real-time dashboard creation using Grafana/Elastic and advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python. • Experience working on large-scale platform transformations and managing multiple simultaneous development projects. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and frameworks. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
