Title: Senior Analytics Engineer (P&C Insurance) Location: Remote Type: Contract / Full-time Rockwoods is specifically looking for candidates with 6–10+ years of experience and strong P&C insurance domain expertise. Profiles without domain experience will not be considered. Role Overview Rockwoods is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with P&C insurance experience who can bridge business and data. Key Responsibilities • Build analytics datasets and reporting layers • Develop dashboards using Tableau / Power BI • Work across Policy, Billing, Claims, Finance • Perform data mapping, validation, and testing • Translate business needs into data models and insights What We’re Looking For • 6–10+ years of experience in analytics / data roles • Strong P&C Insurance domain experience (must-have) • Expertise in SQL and data modeling • Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI • Experience with data validation and testing • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders Why Rockwoods • Deep work in financial services and credit unions • Work tied directly to business outcomes • Lean teams strong ownership and visibility
