Job Title: Senior Architect AI and Gen AI Location- Minneapolis, Minnesota Duration- 12 Months Years of Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI architecture. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in architecture design and implementation, with a proven track record of leading complex projects that leverage AI technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business objectives and drive innovation within the organization. Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable AI and Generative AI architectures that meet business needs. • Lead cross functional teams in the development and deployment of AI solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance AI capabilities. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers. • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies. • Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture designs and processes. Mandatory Skills: • Extensive experience in AI and Generative AI architecture. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment. • Experience with data engineering and data management practices. • Ability to design and implement microservices and API architectures. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations related to AI.
