About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate β Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our growing Data Analytics team. This role is hands-on and will focus on implementation, architecture, data collection, transformation, and analytics reporting across enterprise-level client projects.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives: implementation, customization, and automation of data collection.
β’ Work with Adobe Web & Mobile SDKs to enable data flow, schemas, datasets, and identity management.
β’ Design and implement technical tagging (SDR) for web, mobile, and app platforms.
β’ Write and maintain custom JavaScript/jQuery scripts for advanced tracking.
β’ Develop, test, and deploy code for accurate data collection.
β’ Troubleshoot and maintain Adobe Analytics tags, plugins, and integrations.
β’ Collaborate in Agile QA & deployment cycles with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
β’ Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, RT-CDP, CJA, AJO)
β’ Hands-on Adobe Data Collection / Tag Management (Adobe, Tealium, Ensighten)
β’ JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, DOM manipulation
β’ Experience with event-driven data layers (ACDL/EDDL)
β’ Debugging tools (Adobe Debugger, Charles, HTTPWatch, WASP)
β’ Advanced Adobe Analytics (Workspace, segmentation, reporting)
Nice-to-Have Skills
β’ Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation
β’ A/B Testing / Optimization: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Monetate
β’ BI Dashboards: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
β’ Google BigQuery & data ingestion pipelines
β’ Adobe IO APIs (Postman, Swagger, integrations across Adobe suite)
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masterβs a plus)
β’ 5+ years experience in digital analytics, including tag management & tracking
β’ 3+ years digital analytics development experience
β’ 1+ year team leadership/mentorship experience
β’ Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystem, APIs, debugging, and cloud-based solutions
