Title: Senior Associate, Consumer Retention Marketing Contract Duration: November, 2026 Contract Type: W2 under Staffing Supplier Pay Rate: $63,11/hour Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote (Based out of New York, NY HQ) Visa Sponsorship: Not provided Executive Summary A leading consumer-focused organization is seeking a Senior Associate, Consumer Retention Marketing for a long-term temporary opportunity. In this remote position, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing retention marketing programs across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. This role centers on driving engagement and subscriber retention for a membership product, through strategic communication and cross-channel CRM initiatives. You’ll work closely with product, marketing operations, analytics, and strategy teams in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Manage the set up, monitoring, and optimization of ad-hoc, triggered, and transactional CRM campaigns β€’ Create and execute test plans for email, push, and in-app communications β€’ Build personalized, multi-channel customer journeys to foster retention and loyalty β€’ Maintain reporting dashboards, track email and engagement trends, and make data-backed recommendations β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign strategy and execution β€’ Share industry best practices, newest trends, and actionable insights with the broader marketing team Skills & Qualifications β€’ 3+ years experience in CRM or email marketing operations β€’ Hands-on familiarity with CRM tech including ESPs (such as Braze), segmentation tools, and complex data structures β€’ Strong analytical mindset and acute attention to detail β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ Sound knowledge of email marketing best practices: contact strategy, segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, analytics β€’ Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and adept at multi-tasking β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have β€’ Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Periscope) β€’ Previous experience in cross-functional environments β€’ Direct experience working on the client side
