Senior AWS Developer

Primary Location: Raleigh, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior AWS Developer for our premier client Raleigh, North Carolina. Education And Experience » • Experience in software development with hands-on skills in Python scripting, and any prior experience in Object oriented languages is a plus. • Experience working with any transactional or RDMS databases • Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, Iac, automation, building CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. Knowledge And Skills • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs • Identifies architectural risks and plans to mitigate risks • Knowledgeable and experience in security and data governance covering areas such as fine-grained permissions, managing user and service permissions, data encryption, auditing, and compliance. • Ensures adherence to standards and best practices • Influences and communicates effectively with non-technical audiences including senior ITD and business stakeholders. • Extensive experience in developing/ building AWS Data Lake formation, contributing extensively to design, development and writing code. • Experience in modernizing legacy applications, which should include refactoring/migrating in-house legacy applications to the cloud environment. Proficient in utilizing AWS services and related components towards building enterprise level Data Lakes. Must have experience in Data Ingestion & Storage, Data Processing & Transformation and working with AWS Machine Language using appropriate AWS services. Experience in customizing AWS ETL logic using Python code. Knowledge / experience using any ETL tools, experience with data analytics using PowerBI or AWS QuickSight etc. is plus. Must have experience/familiar with Agile/Scrum Framework environments. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective modernization strategies • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery • Acting as a trusted advisor to the technical team on industry trends and emerging technologies • Develop, test, debug and deliver within timeline using best tools and best practices available. • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and challenges.
