Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics & Business Intelligence 6-Month Contract (likely to extend or convert to full-time employment) Remote (required to work in the office from Mon-Thurs if converted to FTE) We are seeking a technically skilled and analytically driven Senior BI Analyst to support transformative supply chain initiatives. This role will focus on system migration, data optimization, and predictive modeling to enhance operational efficiency across a regional network of distribution centers. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and Tableau skills, Python experience, and the ability to work independently on complex data and reporting challenges. Key Responsibilities • Lead data analysis and reporting efforts for a major system migration from a legacy ERP to SAP, with reporting transitioning to Snowflake. • Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure minimal server load and high performance. • Build and maintain robust, user-friendly Tableau dashboards to support supply chain operations. • Perform predictive modeling using Python to forecast container arrivals, stock levels, and other key metrics. • Analyze raw operational data to identify anomalies, root causes, and recommend actionable solutions. • Create financial models and decision support tools to evaluate cost/benefit tradeoffs of proposed solutions. • Ensure reporting continuity and accuracy during warehouse migration and system changes. Qualifications • 5-8 years of experience in BI/data analytics and reporting. • SQL (Advanced): Proven experience in writing optimized queries for Snowflake or similar platforms. • Tableau (Advanced): Expertise in building and optimizing dashboards for performance and usability. • Python: Experience with predictive modeling and data analysis. • Excel (Advanced): Strong skills in data manipulation and financial modeling. • Experience with supply chain data and systems (preferred but not required). • Ability to work independently and think critically to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Familiarity with SAP and Snowflake environments is a plus.
