In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database design, and project management, along with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators. Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Implement linked data strategies to enhance data connectivity across various systems. Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. Create detailed documentation of business processes, system designs, and user guides using tools such as Visio. Conduct thorough testing of BI solutions to ensure functionality meets business needs before deployment. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on BI tools and applications. Qualifications Proven experience in data analysis skills with a strong understanding of database design principles. Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks. Familiarity with VBA for automating repetitive tasks within BI applications is a plus. Experience in Agile project management methodologies to facilitate efficient project delivery. Strong business analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of linked data concepts and their application within business intelligence frameworks is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
