Job Title : Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Location : Los Angeles, CA Duration : 06 Months (Contract to Hire) Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst / Lead Data Scientist to bridge the gap between complex health data and clinical/operational excellence. In this role, you will lead data initiatives, design analytical models, and present actionable insights to diverse healthcare stakeholders. Key Qualifications β€’ Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Engineering, or Data Science (Master's preferred). β€’ Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare analytics, clinical decision support, or operations. β€’ Leadership: 1-2 years in a lead or senior role managing process improvement initiatives. β€’ Core Tech Stack: Expert in Python, R, and/or SQL. β€’ BI & Data Viz: Advanced knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, or Qliksense. β€’ Database Skills: Strong understanding of back-end relational database designs. What You’ll Do β€’ Analyze: Derive clinical, financial, and operational insights from health IT systems. β€’ Model: Apply business statistics and data science principles (Predictive ML models a plus). β€’ Translate: Present highly technical materials clearly to non-technical, clinical audiences. β€’ Collaborate: Build consultative, dynamic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
