C2C-Hybrid About the Role We are seeking experienced BI Developers to join our fast-paced, analytics-focused team. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across the business by designing intuitive dashboards, building efficient SQL-based data queries, and supporting strategic reporting needs. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable translating business questions into effective BI solutions using tools like Tableau and SQL. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop visually compelling and actionable dashboards in Tableau • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and summarize data for business use • Partner with product, operations, and analytics teams to understand reporting needs • Optimize queries and data sources for performance and scalability • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions • Maintain and improve existing reports and visualizations Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or related role • Expert-level SQL skills, including performance tuning and working with large datasets • Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar tools) • Ability to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Nice to Have • Experience with Snowflake or other modern data warehouses • Familiarity with Tableau Server/Cloud administration and publishing workflows • Understanding of ETL/ELT principles and how they relate to BI reporting • Exposure to Agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration
