Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer Location: Troy, MI 48083 (1 Day onsite, 4 Days remote) Job type: Temp to hire Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp2Perm) Pay Range: $45 - $52/Hour on W2 Salary Range: $83,200 to $104,000/year Required Skills & Experience: • 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or business analytics environments. • Skilled in Advanced Excel, SQL, report development, tool creation, and technical documentation. • Experience with relational databases, data models, EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, McKesson), and data visualization tools. • Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, SSRS, and semantic layer development. • Knowledge of programming concepts, data warehousing, statistical analysis, and basic machine learning principles. • Strong communication, customer service, presentation, and collaboration skills with a focus on DEIJ values. Required Education: • Bachelor's Degree with Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or an Applied Science major. Required Skills: • 4-5 years expert SQL experience who can build data sets and reporting. • Intermediate Business Intelligence skills. • It is a big plus knowledge of EPIC data structures.
