Beth sydd angen arnoch chi? • Sgiliau Power BI lefel uwch. • Profiad cryf o ddefnyddio SQL. • Sgiliau awtomeiddio adroddiadau (e.e. Power Query, Power Automate). • Dealltwriaeth gadarn o strwythurau data a chronfeydd data. • Sgiliau Excel cryf. • Gwybodaeth am lywodraethu a rheoli ansawdd data. You’ll join a friendly team that uses robust reporting and smart analysis to improve services and deliver better outcomes for our residents. You’ll help automate processes, improve data quality, and share your expertise to build everyone’s confidence in using information to make decisions. What will you do? • Design and automate reporting that leads to positive change. • Improve the way we manage and validate data. • Create performance insights to help senior leaders make better decisions. • Support a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. • Mentor and support colleagues to use data confidently. What do you need? • Advanced Power BI skills. • Strong experience with SQL. • Experience automating reports (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate). • Solid understanding of data structures and databases. • Strong Excel skills. • Knowledge of data governance and quality management. It would be great if you also have: • Experience with Python or R. • Understanding of implementing data strategies. • Experience in the housing or social sector. Why ClwydAlyn?
