Title : Senior Business Solutions Analyst Experience : 8+ Years Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite – SF Bay Area local required) Position: W2 - only Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to support new product introductions and enhance the company’s licensing platform. This role requires a blend of business analysis, product management, and technical expertise to deliver scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions. Responsibilities β€’ Enhance and extend the licensing/entitlement platform to support new product launches. β€’ Collaborate with IT, Product Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver aligned solutions. β€’ Own and manage product specifications, epics, backlogs, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. β€’ Partner with QA and engineering throughout the product lifecycle to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quick resolution of issues. β€’ Serve as a domain expert for licensing and entitlement systems, analyzing business trends and driving continuous improvements. β€’ Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen product capabilities and customer experience. Requirements β€’ 8+ years of experience in business solutions analysis or product management, ideally within SaaS or subscription-based platforms. β€’ Hands-on expertise with entitlement/subscription lifecycle management, billing systems, and CRM/ERP integrations. β€’ Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, SQL/databases, cloud platforms, and microservices. β€’ Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (e.g., natural language query, data quality, insights, diagnostics) is a plus. β€’ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum leadership skills. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
