Business Systems & ERP Optimization
β’ Support, enhance, and optimize core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP and integrated platforms such as CRM solutions.
β’ Partner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
β’ Lead or assist with upgrades, new modules, process improvements, and system enhancements.
β’ Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and streamline day-to-day operations.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
β’ Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, reports, and data models.
β’ Develop actionable KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
β’ Manage data flows, ETL processes, and integrations between systems.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
β’ Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities.
β’ Support root-cause analysis and operational improvement initiatives.
β’ Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI / Machine Learning, for practical business use cases.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, analytics, or a hybrid techno-functional role.
β’ Hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations including:
β’ BOMs
β’ MOMs
β’ Routings
β’ WIP Tracking
β’ Production Scheduling
β’ Engineering Change Control
β’ Advanced SQL skills for reporting, transformation, and analysis.
β’ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools.
β’ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
β’ Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Highly Desired / Nice to Have
β’ Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred.
β’ Product Configurator experience.
β’ Automation Studio experience.
β’ Salesforce CRM integration experience.
β’ AI / Machine Learning exposure.
β’ Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement background.
