This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team where your ideas will matter, your expertise will be valued, and your work will directly influence company performance.What You’ll Do Business Systems & ERP Optimization • Support, enhance, and optimize core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP and integrated platforms such as CRM solutions. • Partner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. • Lead or assist with upgrades, new modules, process improvements, and system enhancements. • Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and streamline day-to-day operations. Data, Reporting & Analytics • Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, reports, and data models. • Develop actionable KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Manage data flows, ETL processes, and integrations between systems. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities. • Support root-cause analysis and operational improvement initiatives. • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI / Machine Learning, for practical business use cases. What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, analytics, or a hybrid techno-functional role. • Hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations including: • BOMs • MOMs • Routings • WIP Tracking • Production Scheduling • Engineering Change Control • Advanced SQL skills for reporting, transformation, and analysis. • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally. Highly Desired / Nice to Have • Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred. • Product Configurator experience. • Automation Studio experience. • Salesforce CRM integration experience. • AI / Machine Learning exposure. • Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement background. Base Salary Budget: $110,000-$140,000 (plus bonus potential) #TECH
